Summary Government and opposition not disclosing CEC's name they have agreed upon, says AML Chief.

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad on Tuesday said failure of dialogue between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and government would prove to be ruinous to the Prime Minister.

Judge Wameeq Javed heard the petition against Sheikh Rasheed at election tribunal, the hearing however was adjourned till tomorrow as none of the lawyers presented themselves.

Talking to the media after the hearing AML Chief said statements of federal ministers were utterly non-serious.

He said government and opposition have reached a consensus over a name but the name has not been disclosed yet adding that crisis are bound to arise if other parties object to the nominee of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC).

On what grounds has Saifur Rehman signed off Chinese proposals, he enquired.

He declared the change in PTI’s Plan C a positive gesture.
