HYDERABAD (Dunya News) – Constable Ramzan on Saturday found an unattended bag having Rs 343,000 on the Karakoram Express which was on way to Lahore from Karachi.
According to details, Ramzan deposited the bag to the Hyderabad Railway Police Station.
Ramzan noticed that the bag was unattended when the train was passing through Jhang Shahi area.
However, a person claimed ownership of the bag but due to lack of substantial proof he could not get it.
Later, the police station handed over the bag to a court.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Railway Police Station while talking to media said that the performance of his station and team is excellent and that Ramzan deserves a pat on the back for his honesty.
He also advised other officials to follow the path of honesty like Constable Ramzan.
