Summary America gives special importance to its relations with Pakistan, says Ambassador Olson
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – American Ambassador Richard Olson on Friday has said that the relations between Afghanistan and Pakistan would better after Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani’s visit to Pakistan.
He expressed these views at a conference in Islamabad.
He said that Pakistan’s progress is crucial for the prosperity of the region.
Olson said that America gives special importance to its relations with Pakistan.
American Ambassador said that youth could play a key role in the progress of Pakistan. That is why America’s full bright programme is bigger than other countries’ programmes, he added.
Olson further said that President Ghani’s visit to Pakistan is a good step for the relations of the two countries.
He further said that good relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan would lead to peace and stability in the region.
