Summary The BBC has misinterpreted his point of view, says Aziz
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Adviser to Prime Minister (PM) on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz on Thursday has said that Pakistan is conducting an indiscriminate operation against terrorists.
Aziz expressed these views while talking to the Afghanistan national security adviser on telephone.
He said that no discrimination is being done in Operation Zarb-e-Azb against terrorists.
While clarifying the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) controversy, he said that the BBC has misinterpreted his point of view.
Earlier, according to the BBC, Aziz had said in an interview that when America attacked Afghanistan, all those people whom they had trained were pushed towards them and that some are threat to them while some are not so why should they attract hostility from all of them by tagging them as their enemies.
