KARACHI (Web Desk) - Sindh Assembly today (Wednesday) passed a resolution condemning Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan`s statement in which he allegedly called people of Sindh as slaves.
The resolution was tabled by Provincial Education Minister Nisar Khuhro.
During debate in the assembly, PPP leader Nisar Khuhro stated that such foul language will not be tolerated.
On the occasion, Deputy Speaker Shehla Raza termed Imran Khan as ‘Tanqeed Khan.’
Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Faisal Sabzwari remarked that people of Sindh have been disappointed due to Khan s remarks.
A person criticizing politicians is considered a political hero these days, he added.
It is pertinent to mention here that the resolution has been passed two days before the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf s rally in Larkana city of Sindh.
