ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Monday decided to go ahead with their scheduled rallies in Larkana and Islamabad in any case. Party’s core committee also agreed to invite other parties to join rallies, Dunya News reported.
PTI vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that PTI doesn’t need NOC from administration in order to hold a rally in Larkana.
According to the details, PTI’s core committee session took place under headship of party chairman Imran Khan in Islamabad. Finalizing arrangements for Islamabad and Larkana rallies was the main agenda of the meeting.
Following the meeting, Shah Mehmood Qureshi alleged while talking to the media that the government has planned obstacles in PTI rally scheduled for November 30.
He said the attack on the PTV building will be proven as a ‘drama’ staged by the government itself.
PTI core committee also decided to talk and cooperate with the leaders willing to join PTI. The party also decided to invite the allied parties Sunni Ittehad Council, Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) to join PTI’s planned rally.
The core committee decided to take the matter to the court if the government places obstacles in the way of party’s planned rally.
