Summary Pervez Rashid has forgotten that Imran Khan backed operation Zarb-e-Azb, says PTI spokesperson.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – During a press conference in Islamabad today Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Central Secretary Information Shireen Mazari said backing militants is not PTI’s culture.
She said Federal Minister Information Pervez Rashid might have forgotten that chairman PTI Imran Khan backed operation Zarb-e-Azb.
She said Imran Khan condemned the attack on PTV and that PTI does not believe in politics of vandalism. The warrants against PTI leaders are therefore nothing more than mockery, she added.
She accused Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) workers for attacking PTI’s rally in Jhelum yesterday.
She informed that one of the injured workers died as a result of firing, the case for which would be lodged against Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif.
PTI spokesperson berated PML-N to have introduced the culture of attacking state institutions and Pervez Rashid must remember PML-N attacked Supreme Court.
She further clarified that PTI is not responsible for Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad’s diction and demeanor.
She said government has lost its equilibrium, none of our leaders is in the hiding neither do they have armed guards; police can arrest them anytime.
We have no clue which media personnel were bestowed with money, names should be disclosed, he added.
She stated that they do not support any act of harassment against reporters.
