Rental power case: NAB to ensure presence of foreign suspects till Nov 21

Summary Notice has been sent to Turkish company Karkey to ensure their availability before court.

 ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Accountability court has directed National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to ensure the presence of foreign suspects in Rental power scandal on Thursday.

According to details, Justice Muhammad Basheer headed the hearing in which former prime minister Raja Pervez Ashraf was not present due to the exemption.

Prosecutor NAB told the court that a notice has been sent to directors of Turkish company Karkey whereas time has been required for their presence before court.

Moreover, court has adjourned the hearing until November 21.
