Summary Doctors declare the lover, who tried 'Veeru' in Multan, as fit, police shift him to central jail
MULTAN: (Dunya News) – Ghulam Muhammad, the lover who had tried to be ‘Veeru’ in Multan by threatening to jump off the water tank, has now been shifted to the central jail in Multan now. Although doctors declared him fit after yet the psychiatrist has advised to keep him under supervision, Dunya News reported.
Ghulam Muhammad was thoroughly checked by the doctors before being shifted to the central jail. Dr. Kaleemullah of Nishter Medical College declared him fit. Psychiatrist, Dr. Naeemullah, then checked his mental fitness and advised to keep him under strict supervision.
Ghulam Muhammad is nominated in a murder case and had demanded to see his lover by climbing the water-tank and threatening to jump off it if his demand wasn’t met. He also attempted to commit suicide in order to increase pressure on the jail administration. Jail administration called his lover Najba from the women jail and allowed them both to meet. Both the lovers kept blaming each other during their meeting. Both had collaborated to murder a driver named Sahibuddin. Najba’s husband is also imprisoned in a kidnapping for ransom case.
