Summary Visiting China for ridding people of Pakistan from the menace of load shedding, says Prime Minister

BEIJING: (Dunya News) – Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif has landed in China for a three-day visit, Dunya News reported. PM said that the objective behind his China visit is to save the people of Pakistan from load shedding. “We will try to redress whatever damage the political turmoil did to the country”, said Nawaz.

Prime Minister was given warm welcome on his arrival in China. Before leaving for China on Friday, PM Nawaz Sharif said that Pakistan-China economic corridor will have long term positive consequences and various projects will generate employment for thousands of youngsters. He said that the political instability during the last two months damaged Pakistan’s economy and the government will try to redress it.

Numerous agreements and MOUs will be signed during Nawaz Sharif’s three-day visit to China. Certain agreements that were to be signed during Chinese premier’s visit to Pakistan will also be signed during this visit. Both the countries will sign agreements and MOUs worth around 35 billion US dollars.

PM Nawaz will also head Pakistani delegation in Asia Pacific Dialogue during this visit. PM is accompanied on this visit by Federal Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal, Advisor to Prime Minister for External Affairs Tariq Fatimi and others.
