ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Senator Babar Awan has challenged the appointment of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) leader Siddiqul Farooq as Chairman Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) in Islamabad High Court. Senator Babar Awan has challenged his appointment.
It has been maintained in the petition that Siddiqul Farooq’s appointment is in violation of the Supreme Court’s orders. ETPB and Siddiqul Farooq have also been made parties to the petition.
