Summary We should have apologized after defeat in Multan instead of Chairman PPP, said Aitzaz
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Former Interior Minister Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan has said that it is the time for Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) to introspect. “Why did we stand third in Multan NA-149 despite the fact that there were no rigging allegations?” asked Aitzaz.
Addressing the PPP gathering today (Saturday) in Karachi, Aitzaz Ahsas said that after the defeat in Multan, PPP Punjab chapter should have apologized instead of Chairman PPP. He said that PPP is a party of martyrs. He admired the valour of the workers. He said that PPP workers have decorated Karachi like a bride today.
Aitzaz said that PPP must bring forward the youth. He said that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is a youngster and should bring the youth to the top. He said that Raza Rabbani, himself and other PPP leaders will always help the party with their experience but it is the youth that must be brought forward.
