Summary Rangers raid to recover suicide jacket, rocket launchers, Kalashnikovs, explosive material
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – A massive terrorist plan has been foiled in Karachi. According to Dunya News, the terrorists had planned to stage a massive attack in Karachi on Eid which has been thwarted by the Rangers. Rangers raided a five-star complex in Gulshan Iqbal to recover suicide jackets, rocket launchers, Kalashnikovs and 20 bags full of explosive material. Three people have also been arrested during search operation.
Rangers conducted the search operation in the streets around Disco Bakery in Gulshan Iqbal. In door-to-door search, heavy ammunition, 20 bags of explosive material, Kalashnikovs and rocket launchers and a suicide jacket were recovered. Bomb Disposal Squad diffused the rocket launchers and suicide jackets.
