Summary MEPCO orders to remove connections from Vice Chairman PTI's residence within 15 days
MULTAN: (Dunya News) – Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) has taken notice of 8 connections at Vice Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s residence. MEPCO has ordered to remove the electricity connection from Shah Mehmood’s residence within 15 days, Dunya News reported.
Despite call of civil disobedience movement by Chairman PTI Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi submitted his bills. However, his act woke MEPCO officials up and they took notice of illegal connections at his house. They have directed Shah Mehmood Qureshi to get his illegal connections cancelled within 15 days. It is pertinent to mention that Shah Mehmood had paid is bill worth Rs. 97,500 a few days ago.
