Summary Relatives of the victims demanded CM Punjab to take notice of the incident.
MULTAN (Dunya News) – Protesters gathered outside press club and chanted slogans against Muzaffarabad Police Station on Wednesday.
The protesters said that Shaheena Bibi’s neighbour Nadeem and his cronies raped her and the FIR has been registered in the police station but the police are not arresting the accused culprits due to political pressure.
Relatives of the victim were therefore holding the protest. During the protest women tried to set themselves on fire but the attempt was halted in time by the Cantt police.
The relatives of the victim have demanded Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif to take notice of the incident so the justice could soon be served.
