ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Advisory meeting of the police officers presided over by Inspector General Khalid Khatak was held in Islamabad today.
Decision has been taken to lodge an FIR against Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri In the wake of attempting to attack the parliament in the meeting today.
According to the sources, after the final consent of the legal branch of the police, the FIR would be lodged in secretariat police station. Provisions of terrorism shall also be added in the FIR.
On the other hand, Imran Khan accused that the script of the FIR has been written within the premises of the Prime Minister’s House. He also provided media with a copy of that FIR. Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khatak, Raheeq Abassi, leader Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Nasir Abbas and others have also been nominated in the FIR.
