Summary If state force is not withdrawn then MQM will enter the arena, Altaf Hussain said.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain advised Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif that he should nominate someone else from his party as the new PM, and severely condemned the use of state muscle against the protestors.
In a press statement issued in London, Hussain said that if the government does not stop using force against the protestors of the ‘Inqilabi and Azadi March’ then MQM would enter the arena as a last resort.
Hussain said that PM should leave everything aside for the good of the people, and nominate someone else from his party as the new PM.
MQM Rabta Committee announced that black flags would be hoisted and a day of mourning would be organized.
