ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that those talking about revolution weren’t pulling the legs of the government but the nation, adidng that Tahirul Qadri’s agenda makes him laugh.

Addressing the ceremony after launching the Vision 2025 programme, Nawaz said his government doesn’t agree with Qadri’s revolution. He said the government was launching Vision 2025 while others were discussing August 14.

PM said those talking about revolution should have participated in elections if they wanted to bring a change, adding that they weren’t pulling the legs of the government but the nation. He also questioned the agenda of Qadri. 

He asked if anyone has learnt any lesson from Pakistan’s 67 years of history. He questioned the protesters as to what they have decided for the country?

Slamming PTI, Nawaz asked if there was any development in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said his government will end loadshedding during their tenure.

PM said the country faced a loss of $100 billion in terrorism, adding that war on terror should end now. 

Hitting Pakistan Awami Tehreek, Nawaz said those who got 200 votes in elections cannot bring revolution. Regarding PTI’s long march, Nawaz said he will visit Imran Khan if he invites him again.
