LAHORE (Dunya News) -- All entry and exit points of Lahore have been blocked with containers and numerous check posts whereas the citizens continue to face difficulties due to the shut down. At numerous occasions, the police and citizens had a harsh exchange of words.
Petrol pumps have been closed down everywhere and people are facing problems while commuting, as there is no public transport available either. At the few petrol pumps where petrol is available, we see long lines, people fighting and exorbitant rates.
Lahore has been sealed since four days and people have become agitated by the government’s despotism that is ruining their everyday lives. People have started travelling by foot, as there is no public transport available.
People have to face constant obstructions such as containers, and have been forced to climb them or go under them to get to their homes. We see people walking with luggage on their heads, as there is no public transport available.
