Summary Imran Khan's long march is 'Destruction March', we will bring White Paper on August 9: Rana Mashhood
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Punjab’s Law Minister Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan has termed Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI)’s long march as ‘Barbadi March’ (Destruction March). He said that Pakistan Muslim League (N) can topple PTI’s provincial government in Khyber Pakhttunkhawa (KPK) within 24 hours, if need be.
While speaking to media after attending Eid Milan Party of PML-N workers, Rana Mashhood heavily criticized Imran Khan and his party.
Rana Mashhood also announced on this occasion that a White Paper will be issued on PTI’s provincial government corruption in KPK on 9th of August. “People of KPK must get rid of corruption”, said PMLN leader from Lahore. Law Minister said that people of KPK demand a Chief Minister like Shahbaz Sharif.
Provincial Law Minister said that PTI cannot overthrow PMLN government in the center by any means but PMLN can overthrow PTI’s provincial government whenever required. It is pertinent to mention here that PMLN can form government in KPK if helped by Jamat-i-Islami (JI), Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam (F) and other smaller parties. PTI does not enjoy absolute majority in the KPK Assembly.
PMLN stalwart said that the government will not allow anyone to challenge the writ of the state.
These statements have come at a time when PTI is all set to hold its long march, which is now being termed by PTI as ‘Azadi March’, while Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief Dr. Tahir ul Qadri and his allies are going to announce the date of their ‘revolution march’ on 3rd of August. PTI’s long march is scheduled for 14th of August.
