Summary Serving PM has gone for Umrah whilst the country is in a state of war, he said.
SUKKUR (Dunya News) – Opposition leader Khurshid Shah said in a statement that the government should rescind its decision of handing over Islamabad to the Army whereas it’s not a good tradition to hide behind any other institution, adding that weak decisions do not produce good results.
Shah said that in his understanding Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar did not consult Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif, adding that the government and Imran Khan should refrain from fighting and the government should allow the protest to take place and if the protest is damaging in any way then the government should indulge in dialogue.
Shah further stressed that there is no doubt that the country is in a state of war but the country’s political leadership including myself are here to look after the state of affairs, adding that former president Asif Ali Zardari only went abroad for medical treatment whereas the serving PM has gone for Umrah at such a crucial time.
