Summary The accused raised objections over the request forwarded by NAB.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor, Tasaddaq Hanif asked the court to provide them with the original cabinet summaries related to the Naudero Rental Power Case.
The request was made during the hearing of a case against former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf in Renal Power Plant case. The case was heard by Justice Muhammad Bashir at Islamabad Accountability Court.
During the hearing, the NAB asked the court to provide them with the original summaries of the cabinet. NAB, furthermore, requested the court to lend them sometime to make these summaries part of the record.
The accused raised objections over the request forwarded by NAB. The accountability court has adjourned the hearing till September 1 for further argument on NAB’s petition.
