KARACHI (Dunya News) -- Commander of a banned terrorist outfit killed in a police encounter in the Musharraf colony of Karachi on Sunday, Dunya News reported.
Also dead bodies of a girl and her alleged partner, killed in the name of honor, have been recovered from the Landhi area of Sindh on Sunday.
Violence continues to plague Karachi with a striking increase in the incidents of terrorism, murder, sexual assault, robberies etc. CID carried out a raid in the Musharraf colony of Karachi. The police forces were fired at during the raid. In the retaliatory firing, the Toor Khan, commander of a banned terrorist organization hailing from Itehad town was killed. Toor Khan was an expert in making motor cycle bombs.
Meanwhile, dead bodies of a girl named Naila and her alleged partner, Azeem, have been recovered from a house in the Mianabad area of Landhi. According to police sources, the fire was opened by the girl’s brother resulting in instant death of the girl and her partner. The police are searching for the murder suspect and case investigation is going on.
