BATTAGRAM (Dunya News/Agencies) - At least fourteen people including five children were killed when a van plunged into a ravine near Kot Gila area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa s Battagram disrict in Battagram on Tuesday.
"A passenger van was going to Thakot town from Battagram, when it fell in a 450-feet (137 meters) deep ravine, killing 14 passengers including women and children," senior local administration official said.
He said it seemed the driver lost control of the van on a steep turn in the mountainous region.
