KARACHI (Dunya News) – At least four people were killed in recent spate of violence in Karachi.

Four accused were also killed in different raids by police.

Three mutilated bodies were found from Malir, Quaidabad and Bagh Korangi. Meanwhile, four people were injured in twin grenade attacks in Orangi Town.

Unidentified men shot dead policeman Taj Muhammad in Orangi Town. Another person was killed in a firing incident in Ilyas Goth.

A local earlier injured in a firing incident succumbed to injuries in hospital.

On the other hand, two accused were killed in a police encounter in Boat Basin area of Clifton. In another joint raid by police and Rangers Lyari Khada market, two members of Lyari gang war were killed. The dead were identified as Asim and Dawood.
