Summary Says electricity loadshedding during Sehr and Iftar timings are due fault in transmission line.

MULTAN (Web Desk) - Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali has said that PTI chief Imran Khan’s attitude is still undemocratic despite his government’s failure in KPK.

Talking to the media during his visit to MEPCO Headquarter on Tuesday, Abid Sher Ali said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf was suffering from N-league phobia.

Abid Sher Ali said AML chief Sheikh Rasheed wanted to derail democratic system and people like Sheikh Rasheed should be in the jail.

He said loadshedding in the timings of Sehr and Iftar are because of the fault in transmission line which will be overcome very soon.

Earlier, Abid Sher Ali had said there would be no loadshedding in the country during Iftar, Sehar and Taraweeh timings.

Abid said the government would bring power generation up to 85 per cent of the total installed capacity in the country to reduce loadshedding during Ramazan. He stated that there would be equal distribution of electricity in the country during Ramazan.

The state minister said Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was taking keen interest to resolve electricity crisis.
