ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Afghan President Hamid Karzai has telephoned Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and exchanged views on the recent visit of Mahmood Khan Achakzai to Kabul.
The two leaders also discussed security situation in the region.
On Wednesday, Afghan Ambassador Janan Mosazai has called on Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif at General Headquarters, Rawalpindi.
During the meeting, ongoing operation in North Waziristan Agency and matters of mutual interest including measures to improve security along Pakistan – Afghanistan border were discussed.
