KARACHI (Dunya News) - At least five persons including a child were killed in separate incidents of violence on Sunday.
A child died and 12 persons injured in a blast in Katti Pahari area. A man was shot dead by unknown armed men in Kasba Colony. The dead body of the victim was shifted to hospital for post-mortem.
Dead body of an unidentified man was found from Maripur Road while another body was found from a nullah near Bilal Chorangi. According to initial police report, the incident seems to be a road accident.
In another incident, a man namely Rahim was gunned down near Kasba Piracha Chowk in Orangi Town.
Meanwhile, a policeman identified as Assistant Sub-Inspector Shahnawaz was injured in firing while resisting a robbery attempt at Abul Hassan Isfahani Road.
