MQM lashes out at British govt for freezing Altaf Hussain's accounts

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leaders lamented at British government for freezing MQM Chief Altaf Hussain’s bank accounts and allegedly harassing MQM workers, Dunya News reported.

A large number of people including women and children attended MQM’s rally at Tibet Center in Karachi to show solidarity with Altaf Hussain.
The participants were carrying party and national flags while chanting pro-Altaf slogans.
MQM leaders said that they stand united with their leader Altaf Hussain during the difficult time. They demanded British government to unfreeze Altaf Hussain’s accounts immediately.
Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that Altaf Hussain is being punished for speaking truth.
Dr Farooq Sattar said people’s court has registered a case against British Prime Minister.
He said that the protests will continue until justice is served. Sattar also said that the protests will also be carried out at 10 Downing Street London.
