Sindh govt seeks red warrants for Uzair Baloch, Taju, Baba ladla

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Sindh government sent documents seeking red warrants for key suspects of Lyari gang-war Uzair Baloch, Taju and Baba Ladla to federal government on Wednesday. Federal government will now contact Interpol for the arrest of three key accused, Dunya News reported.
Federal government had sought details of three prime suspects of Lyari gang-war Uzair Baloch, Taju and Baba Ladla, following which, the Sindh government compiled all the documents and sent to the federal government.
Sindh’s Home Secretary Dr Niaz Abbasi said that Sindh government has completed all legal formalities for Interpol to take action. He said that it is the federal government that will now contact the Interpol.
Baba Ladla, Taju and Uzair Baloch are prime and most wanted suspects for the crimes committed during the bloody gang-war in Karachi’s Lyari area.
Sindh government had set a bounty on suspects’ heads. One of the suspects Ladla who was assumed dead by Iranian guard’s fire on May 14 was one of the most wanted criminals having about 120 cases registered against him.
The cases registered against him sought various charges including murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, kidnapping for ransom, drugs and extortion.
Ladla had married twice. He was a member of People’s Aman (peace) Committee but had parted ways over disputes.
Ladla along with accomplices went underground following Karachi operation and are now assumed to have fled the country.
