RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehaman has said that why Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain stayed abroad for so long if he wanted to come back to Pakistan.
Talking to media here on Thursday, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said issuance of passport is a legal matter and Altaf should be issued his passport if law allows.
Responding to a question, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said his party would not support any call for mid-term election in the country. He said the many crises have emerged within one year of the government including confrontation among institution. He said having differences should not derail aim at derailing democratic system.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman said first of all we should decide that who was involved in rigging. He said that the names of those involved in rigging must be revealed.
