Summary Met Office has predicted more rain in various parts of the country during the next 24 hours.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Rains with strong winds swept various parts of Punjab and khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Monday.
At least seven people were killed by rain-related incidents in different areas of Punjab and KPK.
Two members of a same family were killed when a roof of a house collapsed in Faisalabad.
Two others were reportedly killed when a powerful flash of lightning hit them in Arifwala tehsil of Punjab’s Pakpattan district.
Rain on Monday evening in Lahore and adjacent areas turned weather pleasant while breaking the intensity of heat.
Rain was also reported from Sahiwal, Hujra Shah Muqeem, Renala Khurd, Faisalabad and Sargodha.
Meanwhile, Met Office has predicted more rain in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Sargodha and Gujranwala during the next 24 hours.
