Summary Khan thanked PTI workers for participating in rally despite all hurdles being created by PML-N.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – In his latest tweet, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has said that the PML-N knew that they had rigged the general elections on large scale, therefore, they were opposing the thumb verification of votes in four constituencies.
“Recount of 4 halqas is critical. We know why PML-N is blocking r democratic right to get recount. They know they r guilty of massive rigging.”
Imran Khan said PML-N knows it wasn’t possible for their candidate to bag 14.5 million votes especially when only 68,000 people voted in 2008 elections.
“PMLN knows it was impossible 4 an incumbent to get 14.5 m votes in 2013 from 6.8 m in 2008, in face of the worst econ indicators in Punjab”, Imran tweeted.
Imran Khan also thanked workers for participating in the rally despite all hurdles being created by PML-N. He also thanked media for covering the protest.
“Want to esp thank r youth & all pti workers who overcame all PMLN hurdles 2 come 2 the jalsa which is the start of r movement.”
The PTI chief tweeted, “Want to thank all r ppl for making. r jalsa a Tsunami jalsa. Also want to thank the media 4 their support and coverage.”
