DERA ISMAIL KHAN (Dunya News) – According to details, a guard of Gomal Medical College, Dera Ismail Khan was killed when some unidentified miscreants hurled a grenade at the gate of the college on early Monday morning.
Police and rescue teams have reached the spot and started rescue operation.
