MULTAN (Dunya News) – The drop scene of the kidnapping and murder of three daughters case saw its drop scene on Tuesday when police announced victims’ own father to be alleged murderer, Dunya News reported.
A week earlier, three girls; nine-year-old Meher Bano, seven-year-old Zahra and five-year-old Shahida were kidnapped from a wedding ceremony at Adda Band Bosan area. Their bodies were recovered from Nawab Pur canal.
Parents of the deceased named girls’ aunt in murder case that was filed at Alpa police station. However, police now believe victims’ own father named Iqbal is responsible for the heinous crime.
The police believe the motive was to frame Iqbal’s ex-sister in law in a murder case because of a grudge.
