LAHORE/KARACHI (Dunya News) – Security has been tightened at mausoleums of Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Iqbal amid threats.

According to details, security has also been beefed up at shrine of Hazrat Data Ganj Baksh.

Heavy contingents of police and Rangers were deployed at mausoleum of father of the nation Quaid-e-Azam in Karachi.

Entry of vehicles and locals were also prohibited for next three days. Furthermore, one track of M.A Jinnah Road has also been closed for traffic.

In Lahore, strict security measures are taken at key locations including mausoleum of Allama Iqbal and shrine of Hazrat Data Ganj Baksh. Elite force commandos are also deployed at these locations to avoid any untoward incident.
