Summary Rangers arrested 13 suspects during targeted operation in Muhammad Khan Goth of Baldia Town.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – At least two persons including a woman were killed in separate incidents of violence on Tuesday.
A man was shot dead by unknown persons in Ittehad Town area of Baldia Town: The victim could not be identified while his dead body was shifted to hospital for post-mortem.
Dead body of a woman was found from Quaid-e-Azam Colony of Gulshan-e-Iqbal. According to police, the victim was tortured and murdered. Mutilated dead body of another woman was also found near Mochko police post.
In another, incident, a man namely Yaseen was injured in firing by some unknown persons near Singer Chorangi in Industrial area who later succumbed to injuries.
On the other hand, Rangers arrested 13 suspects during targeted operation in Muhammad Khan Goth of Baldia Town and revovered weapons of different caliber from their possession.
Targeted operation against activists of banned outfits and criminal elements is underway in Karachi.
According to Rangers spokesperson, around 300 personnel including female officials were participating in the operation.
Rangers cordoned off the area and launched door to doo operation after blocking entry and exit points.
