KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Farooq Sattar said on Wednesday that law and order is being violated in Karachi, demanding immediate recovery of MQM’s missing party workers and apprehension of those responsible, Dunya News reported.
Sattar demanded formation of judicial commission to probe extrajudicial murders.
Addressing press conference, he said that government should prove its writ adding that giving a satisfying answer to the relatives of missing persons has become a problem for his party.
He demanded law enforcement institutions to take notice of the situation in order to secure immediate release of missing workers.
Hundreds were arrested during Karachi targeted operation, he said while demanding the missing persons be presented before court.
He further emphasized on permanent seizure of criminal hideouts.
