KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday reserved its judgment to decide whether contempt of court petition against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is hearable or not.
SHC Judge Amhed Ali Sheikh heard the petition seeking contempt proceedings against PM Nawaz for his remarks about the judges.
During case proceedings, Deputy Attorney General argued that petition is non-hearable whereas petition Mehmood Akhtar was of the view that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should be summoned to court like ex-premiers Raja Pervez Ashraf and Yousaf Raza Gilani.
After hearing the arguments, Sindh High Court reserved its verdict over the petition
