RAHIM YAR KHAN (Dunya News) - Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) said gas supply would be restored by today morning (Tuesday) to the cities affected by destruction of three gas pipelines in Rahim Yar Khan.
According to sources, there is reduction of 630 mcf of gas in the system due to the subversion resulting into suspension of gas supply to most of the areas in Punjab‚ including Lahore, Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
The repair work is continuing at fast pace and is expected to be completed today.
Consumers have been asked to be vigilant against any untoward incident due to variation in the pressure or suspension of gas.
