Summary Court directed NAB to produce reference against ex-Ogra chief Tauqir Sadiq by December 16.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The accountability court has extended the judicial remand of the main accused of Ogra (Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority) corruption case, Tauqir Sadir till December 16.
National Accountability Bureau s (NAB) additional deputy prosecutor general Chaudhry Riaz told the court that the interim reference couldn t be produced as Nab chairman was on leave while sought more time for the filing of reference.
After hearing the arguments, the court gave an extension of fourteen days in the judicial remand of Tauqir Sadiq and directed the authorities to produce reference by December 16.
According to sources, nab has prepared the final challan in Ogra corruption case and two former premiers are made part of the accused list in the challan.
