Summary The Accountability Court has restored all NAB cases against former President Asif Ali Zardari.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Accountability court judge Muhammad Bashir heard a reference case against Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday in Islamabad.
During case proceeding, Zardari’s lawyer Farooq H. Naek told court that his client could not appear before court as he is not present in the country.
He is facing some security risks as well, Naek said.
The legal counsel of former President assured the court about the presence of his client on next hearing.
The court then directed the NAB to provide copy of references to Asif Ali Zardari’s counsel.
Meanwhile, the court has summoned witnesses in Polo Ground case on ninth of the next month.
