Summary Apex court has ordered to deposit price of 126 kanal land within two months.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) Supreme Court has announced the judgment of National Police Foundation Corruption Case and ordered to cancel allotment of all illegal allotments, with the direction to initiate criminal proceedings against Anjum Aqeel Khan and recover the amounts equal to 126 Kanals land & 88 plots.

Announcing the verdict in the National Police Foundation corruption case today‚ the apex court termed the agreement between former MNA Anjum Aqeel Khan and Police Foundation as illegal.

The court also has ordered to confiscate the moveable and immoveable land of Akeel Anjum in case of nonpayment of the amount ordered by the court.

The court also directed to initiate criminal proceedings against Anjum Aqeel Khan and recover the amounts equal to one-hundred and twenty-six Kanals land and eighty-eight plots.

The court also has directed the Auditor General to do audit of National Police Foundation on without showing any leniency towards any person.

Earlier‚ Supreme Court had preserved the judgment of the case in August.
