Karachi: (Dunya News) Police and Rangers raided notorious Baba Lada and Faisal Pathan’s residences and recovered a heavy cache of weapons.
During the operation, a double cabin vehicle, 6 SGM rifles and hundreds of rounds were recovered.
Earlier, more than hundred people attacked a rival group in Gulistan and Bahar colonies with hand grenades. Armed people from another locality kidnapped five members of their rival gang.
In another incident a12-year boy was killed in the Timber Market. The blast was done with a time twice, revealed the police. Two people also sustained injuries in the blast. A heavy contingent of the police reached the scene after the blast.
The diseased boy was passing by the place of blast, said the police. SP City said half a kg explosive were used in the device. Two cars and a rickshaw were also damaged in the blast.
The incident could be an outcome of non-payment of extortion money, suspected the police.
