Summary CPPA and NTDC had requested Nepra to increase power tariff by 30 paisas per unit.
KARACHI (Web Desk) - National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has approved increase in the power tariff by 32 paisas per unit.
The power tariff is being increased under fuel adjustment plan for the month of September.
According to NEPRA, the increase in power prices is made due to the increase of crude oil prices in the world.
New prices will be applicable after government s approval, NEPRA said.
