GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) - A six-year-old girl was raped allegedly in a village in the suburb of Gujranwala following which she was admitted to a hospital in a serious condition.
According to sources, the incident occurred when the minor was taking bath at a tubewell where a boy from her neighbourhood assaulted her and escaped from the scene.
Hearing hue and cry of the ill-fated girl, some people rushed to the site of occurrence and shifted the girl to district hospital.
Police have registered the case against the accused and further investigation is underway.
