ISLAMABAD (Online) - President Asif Ali Zardari has given a new turn to the history of the country by completing his five year term today (on Sunday).
He became the first ever democratically elected Head of state who has honourably completed his tenure.
Another credit goes to Asif Ali Zardari that he had successfully transformed power from one democratic government to another elected government which also not happened ever before in contemporary history of the country.
It is also to be recalled here that he introduced reconciliation policy and remained stick to it throughout his tenure and faced many ups and down with courage but he also gave priority to solve the political disputes by dialogues nationally and internationally.
The President also remained tolerant towards the critics and never replied the odd criticism and negative propaganda with the same tone but always ignored his character assassination with utmost tolerance and patience.
A guard of honour would be presented to him at President House.
President-elect Mamnoon Hussain is expected to take oath as 12th President of the country Monday afternoon.
