RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - The accused involved in the ephedrine quota case will be indicted on September 3 by Anti Narcotics Court of Rawalpindi.
Special Judge of Anti Narcotics court Arshad Mahmood Tabassum heard the case today (Saturday).
During case proceeding, the prosecutor of Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) presented the final challan against the ten accused, including Ali Musa Giilani and Makhdoom Shahab-ud-Din, in the court.
The copies of the charge sheet were also distributed among the accused.
Faisal Chaudhry, counsel of Ali Musa Gilani raised objections on the final challan, however, the court adjourned the hearing after fixing the date of September 3 for indictment.
