Summary Interior minister has said that government would not surrender before terrorists.
QUETTA (Dunya News): Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has said that current war was imposed on us in the name of so-called war on terror. Now it is our responsibility to secure Quett by disarming it from every kind of weapons.
While talking to the media in Quetta on Sunday along with Chief Minister of Balochistan Dr Abdul Malik and others, he said that chief of army staff has assured to assist us with 5000 personnel trained by army officers equipped with latest skills and weapons.
He said that federal government is standing by the provincial government in order to defeat terrorists, with the hope that law and order situation in Balochistan would be restored very soon.
He said that it is reality that self respect of common citizen is hurt during security operation but he would direct security officers to facilitate common man.
He said that current war is not war Pakistan, rather it was imposed on our country. But the more regrettable thing is that last governments fought war on terror without any national security policy. There is sound and fury all over the country.
“The government would take all stakeholders into confidence in face of terrorism. Our enemy is unseen. It is war of our survival. All the nation is standing by Balochistan government in this hour of trouble and trial”, said Interior minister.
He also paid tribute the slain security forces and announced special award for martyred DIG operation.
