Summary The Monsoon weather continues in the various parts of the country.
Lahore (Dunya News) Weather turned pleasant in Karachi after the rain. According to the Met Office rain has been predicted in Malakand, and Hazara division as well. The weather is cloudy in Karachi and it drizzled in various parts of the city. The Met Office has predicted rains in Islamabad, Gujranwala and Lahore division.
Seventh monsoon spell has weakened in the northern areas, rain/showers with thunder/lightning can occur in Islamabad, northern Punjab (Lahore, Rawalpindi, Murree city, Jhelum, Gujrat, Sialkot, Norwal, Sheikpura, Gujranwala, Attock, Mandi Bahauddin and few adjoining districts), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Abbottabad, Manshera, Haripur, Swabi, Swat, Peshawar, Landi Kotal, Hangu, Kohat, Khyber Agency, Khurram Agency and few adjoining districts) and Azad Kashmir (Muzaffarabad, Kotli, Mirpur, Rawalkot and few adjoining areas). The intensity of seventh monsoon spell has weakened significantly.
There is a possibility of rain/showers with thunder/lightning can occur in some parts of Balochistan (Khuzdar, Awaran, Panjgur, Barkhan, Chagai, Kharan, Dera Bugti, Musa Khel, Zhob, Qila Saifullah, Loralai and few adjoining districts) due to frequent formation of thunderclouds while partly/mostly cloudy in south Punjab while chances of drizzle/isolated shower in few central areas of Punjab. Partly/mostly cloudy weather expected in Sindh with increase in clouds during the night in Tharparker and adjoining districts. Following is the amount of rainfall;
